Group and Family Therapy

Group therapy addresses concerns related to relationship dynamics, conflict and communication in groups of no more than ten people. Group therapy promotes a friendly, non-confrontational, non-judgmental environment where you will learn that you are not alone. It aims to enhance communication and cohesion, promote problem-solving skills, build empathy, foster a deeper understanding of the group’s relational and attachment styles, and support healthy boundaries.

Group therapy is a time to safely express, explore and process thoughts, emotions and experiences. Your therapist will be respectful, compassionate, strengths-based, and aware of diverse family forms, relationships, cultures and beliefs.
